    The property was clean and tidy but slightly worn: not surprising as my booking was nearly 75% of the way through the year and almost at the end of the conventional holiday season. Whilst some might appreciate natural wildness in gardens, the state of both rear and front was poor, very overgrown and so untidy. This had the effect of reducing the visual value of the property as a whole. This was more so at the front since the variety of bushes and small trees did not appear to have been cut back for some time reducing the light level in the front of house to an extent where, even with the inefficient wall lights on, the light level in the lower room was very low.

    Nice clean, well equipped and excellently situated property in the wonderful South Hams area. Well maintained by the owners agent. Not sure about green bin arrangement as the owner of adjacent (shared driveway) property appeared to dump some of his rubbish in our non-domiciled bin?
