Nigel and Margaret were very helpful sending travel directions. Very nice welcome gifts we were pleasantly surprised, the cottage was charming and had a lot of character, very clean and tidy with everything you could want, very peaceful with a lovely secluded garden, would highly recommend Well Barn for a holiday.

Well Barn is the best, most comfortable and well appointed holiday cottage we have stayed in - and we have stayed in many, in this country and in France.

A lovingly restored stone barn which Nigel the owner is rightfully very proud of. You'll not want for much here.

Well Barn Cottage is stunning, with the warm welcome from Nigel it quickly became a real home from home. The cottage is extremely comfortable but it's made truly special by the unique and deeply personal touches put into the cottages' rejuvenation by Nigel. Details like special decorative components in the beams, over windows, in the walls or the amazing slate floor all hand laid. The cottage was roomy and comfortable and the garden is tranquillity itself. Everything was in tip top condition and the quality of towels and bedding was very high. Can't fault it and will be back one day.
