This was one of the nicest cottages we've ever stayed in. The owner was very helpful and friendly. She was also very generous in the provisions she left for us. The cottage is full of character and history. It is very well situated for both access to the village and its many amenities, and local places of interest.

Great cottage, excellent location. Very roomy. We came to Weavers Cottage to celebrate a special birthday and enjoyed the amenities the cottage had. We all thought it a great place and we would come back again.

We stayed at Weavers Cottage to celebrate an early Christmas as a family group. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We received a warm welcome and was shown around the cottage and told of its history. There was a welcome selection of tea/coffee milk and top quality shortbread. The separate family bedroom above the second lounge was great. The lounges were joined by a door allowing the youngsters to play within sight and the adults to talk together without getting in the way of the younger members of the family. Forgotten anything? shops within 100yards, pub 50 yards away.
