Cottage was small but beautifully looked after and very clean and comfortable. A wonderful welcome pack awaited us with cake and treats for our dogs. We loved the secluded setting and being away from everyone, but it was not far to travel if we wanted somewhere more lively. The beach was great, only a a few minutes walk away from the cottage and we could walk for miles with the dogs. We absolutely loved our holiday at Wayfarer and would definitely stay again.

Norfolk is beautiful place and we had lovely holiday. The cottage needs little improvement due to sofa's slide forward when sitting on them. A bigger TV won't go miss either and maybe looking at getting WIFI.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your feedback. We will look into your comments about the sofa's as this is the first adverse opinion we have had on them. Regarding having a larger TV and WiFi, whilst this may be something we will consider for the future, many guests have commented personally that these are things they are happy to leave at home in order to enjoy a more relaxing break. It should also be noted that the size of the TV is stated on the description and it doesn't state WiFi is available.

Had a lovely time the cottage was spotlessly clean very comfortable and had extra touches (coffe, milk, flowers, dog treats) and fantastic quality linen and towels the only thing I would have liked was a fridge with a small freezer compartment so we could chill the ice packs we brought with us so we could have used our cool box on the beach

This was a fabulous, quiet location. Excellent for walking the dogs on the beach and surrounding countryside. The bungalow was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the information we needed about heaters, water etc was clear and we would definitely go again.

I booked the cottage for a long weekend break for my husband's 60th . Overall cottage suited our needs for the break. The light from the campsite over the fence where they do their pots is a bit annoying at night on and off quite a lot. Perhaps a blackout rollerblind in living room window that faces fence might work. Just a suggestion.

Great location for walks on the beach with the dog. Really quiet, easy to find and well-appointed. Welcome pack included cake for us and treats for the dog - very nice!

Was great but had a few fleas on sofa

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; We have taken the precaution of treating the property and hope the above guests have done the same as they actually informed us that they had discovered visitors on their own dogs shortly after arrival

My family and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week here in August. The cottage is situated in a fabulous position just behind the sand dunes of the most stunning beach. We were blessed with amazing weather for our holiday and spent most of the days playing on the beautiful sand and in the sea. Our boys (aged 3 and 6) loved it and so did our dog. The cottage is well equipped and had everything you could need with some very thoughtful finishing touches provided by the owner. The welcome pack with fresh fruit milk and flowers and even dog treats really set the tone for the stay. We would love to return to this cottage again and thank you for such a great holiday. Our three year old enjoyed his birthday here and had such a lovely time would not leave on departure day! Highly recommended! Thanks for sharing this hidden gem.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was very clean and well equipped. Situated in a quiet area of Sea Palling. There were two observations I would make. These are not complaints just observations. 1. It would be good to have a door curtain at the front door for people sleeping in the front of the cottage to block out the light from the shower block situated on the camp sight next door. 2. If you are a big person, the shower is challenging!!!
