Great location, clean tidy villa, although shower was cold when at max. But we'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely house, spotless, large and roomy. Within easy reach of Padstow and surrounding tourist spots.

Really enjoyed staying here, cottage was a very good standard. Good location for exploring by car, very few on site amenities, Nisa shop, tennis, play park, the restaurant was always closed. St Merryn is 1.5 miles with a couple of nice pubs, recommend the Cornish arms for food, no foot path to walk which was a shame.

Lovely villa, if a little basic. Very comfy, fantastic location in terms of distance to great beaches and Padstow but actual park that it's situated in is a bit run down. There was building work taking place when we were there. We would return but not expect to spend any time in the park - however with everything so close you don't need to!

The villa was cosy and modern. Only real down side was the balcony could have done with a clean up as it was covered in algae. We had to leave early as our daughter was ill

Initially we thought we had come to a building site. Once we turned into our circular crescent it was just great. Plenty of parking, a perfect holiday terrace. Very quiet, but very handy to the well equipped park. Local store very friendly. Village of St.Merryn had everything you could want, especially the Deli. Very convenient to great beaches. Would definitely come back again.

On arriving at the property we felt the villa could have been cleaner particularly the kitchen and bathroom, but apart from that it was very comfortable and had good space for our family.
