Fantastic characterful green oak half timbered spacious new build in a beautiful and quiet location surrounded by the rolling wooded hills of Herefordshire. Bang in the centre of an awesome part of the country for engaging in a wyed range of outdoor pursuits and for investigating history archaeology and magical folklore. Don't miss the Green Man at Fownhope, Offas Dyke at Brocksweir, paddling the Wye through constellations of Swans at Hoarwithy, and sliding down the huge ramparts of the Hillforts on the cosmic Malverns (sitting on inexpensive slippy waterproof jacket). The owners of the large cottage live next door but we're in fact a lovely couple, incredibly helpful and accommodating but importantly perfectly respectful of our need for complete privacy for total relaxation. Oh and don't forget the Big Chill Festival at Eastnor
