Very cosy cottage with a lovely view. Old fashioned but that's what great about it. Couldn't have wished for better owners, friendly, helpful and left you to go about your business. Only thing I would have liked is some WiFi but it wasn't the end of the world as it was an escape from technology. 10/10 from me and the fam

Nice clean cosy cottage, wonderful views of Snowdonia mountains from the back. Porth Madog very close with steam trains to Caernarfon and Ffestiniog. Weather was mixed but we found plenty to do.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Only improvements would be a new mattress on the double bed. Kitchen very well-equipped, and the garden and views were beautiful. We found that the stairs were very steep - very difficult to get suitcases up and down. Must mention the barbeque - this features first on the list of amenities but it was old and rusty, making it completely unusable.
