Excellent size of accommodation for 6 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. Spacious, comfortable, relaxing. Directions need reviewed as not easy to see pillars with gate as they are set away from the road. A sign on other side of road for entrance would be good. Signage said 'Tulchan Estate'. A specific sign saying 'Tulchan Lodge' would be advantageous.

Drive way leaves a lot to be desired. Very rough. Property could do with a better set of sharp knives for cooking. Remove Welsh dresser from kitchen which is taken up with ornaments and fit more cupboards

My family stayed at Tulchan Lodge over the Christmas week it was everything we expected it to be lovely house, great for big family functions, plenty of room for everyone as there was 12 of us ages from 3 up to 83. Would recommend this house to anyone who would like peace and quiet but at the same time only 15 mins from Perth. Brilliant.

We had a lovely stay at Tulchan lodge for our Xmas dinner, the kitchen was big enough for the size of our party and having both a gas oven and an AGA really helped logistically when cooking. The dining table also seated 16 perfectly. We had a minor issue afterwards as some of our party had damaged some items inside the property but glad to say it all got sorted out reasonably with the property owner and to our satisfaction in the end.

We had an excellent time at Tulchan Lodge and would definitely like to visit again. A very relaxing time inside the lodge and outside on the lovely well maintained and furnished garden. Access via the private road is a bit rough but once you get to the property drive it's very impressive. The views from the lodge are amazing and not another living soul in site apart from sheep, cows and the wild pheasants. The lodge itself is very spacious, we were a party of 16 (4 families of 2 adults & 2 children) therefore 2 rooms and a bathroom per family so everyone had their own space too. The large living room was hardly used, the large dining room was used only once as we spent most of our time in the kitchen/family area and conservatory. Basic Sky TV channels available but that was hardly watched, the WiFi service was very good specially on the ground floor and some rooms on the upper floors. The weather was good enough to to have a lovely BBQ with the gas BBQ provided We had some minor issues with the water supply in the turret bathroom and the top floor bathroom but it was minor and possibly due to so many people having showers at the same time. We also had problems getting the gas oven to work but the agar more than made up for it. None of these spoilt our stay. Overall very good value for money and we were very happy with Tulchan Lodge.
