It has a cosy first floor open plan living area and fitted kitchen which opens onto the raised terrace where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful setting. The lawned area is shared with the English neighbours who are only at their property occasionally.
The local countryside has woodland and many rivers, including the River Rance which flows through the nearby picturesque port and half timbered heritage town at Dinan.
Visit Mont St. Michel and the pirate town of St. Malo, enjoy Cancale’s imposing cliffs and beaches, then sample some excellent local seafood and cider.
Shops 4km, café/bar 1km, restaurant 4km and beach 32km.

Central heating, CD player, microwave, shared lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: Steps up to terrace and front door on first floor.
