    What a lovely house! Unfortunately the house was not very clean and it took us all week to get the table how it should be. (I have one at home so know how to keep clean). Kitchen very well equipped but quite cheap and things like bread wouldn't fit in toaster and frying pan burn't everything. Tumble dryer didn't dry anything in the end we gave up. Dogs excretia on lawn!! Loads of hot water even for us lot. Still we had a fabulous time.

Thank you for drawing to our attention the issues you had over the standard of cleaning during your stay for which we apologise. There were changes in cleaners during the summer and the house was clearly not up to our usual high standard during your stay (the reviews before and after yours gave us 9 and 10/10 for cleanliness). We have introduced measures to ensure that consistency is maintained by the management company this season. We are surprised by the comments about our equipment given the top ratings we normally get on that score. The tumble dryer filter needed clearing and is working well. As for the dog mess, we can only apologise on behalf of whichever guest is responsible!

    Fabulous family base. Fantastic facilities quiet location would definitely use this property again.
