This was one of the most relaxing holiday houses we have stayed in. We were a 4 generation group and there was something for everyone. Having 4 birthdays to celebrate meant we made the most of the excellent baking equipment and crockery. We would love to stay again.

What a fantastic property. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The house was well appointed and the kitchen had every utensil and gadget you needed. A bottle of red and white wine, plus chocolates was waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely welcome. The location is close to St Ives and other local attractions and is in a very quiet setting. There is a games room which isn't mentioned plus a shed with bikes, beach games and wind breakers. We were given a very warm welcome by the caretaker and made to feel at home. Beds and pillows very comfortable with nice fluffy duvets. There were six of us at the house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return and recommend to others.

Fantastic time had by all at Trelawn. Very comfy and everything we needed was there. Plent of kitchen equipment if not too much and the appliances were good quality with two ovens and two fridge freezers. Our three little granddaughters had a great time using the spare sitting room as a playroom and really enjoyed the huge park down the road. Of course the super Hayle beach half a mile away was the main stay for the holiday. The "old" children had great fun in the outside playroom with the pool table, games machine and darts and the garden was nice with plenty of seating. A fabulous holiday rental

Excellent house for our party of 8 adults and 4 children. Had everything you could possibly need for the stay. Games room was an added bonus especially as the weather wasn't great! Would stay again!

Everything about this property is ideal for a large group with kids of all ages. To be honest the photos on the website don't do it justice. The external games room was a pleasant surprise because there were no photos of it. Inside there is a proper pool table, exactly like you would find in a pub (but you don't have to put any money in), a dart board and a playstation. The living room has got a good sized TV with plenty of channels and various films on demand. believe me if you spend a week here and your kids turn around and say that they are bored put them up for adoption, you're better off without them. We went down to Trelawn for the New Year so as you can imagine the weather was cold and wet but the property was very warm. There wasn't a cold room in the house. This was mainly down to the oldies in our group wanting all the windows and doors shut and the heating on full pelt and not allowing us to turn it down. Needless to say we were in our shorts and t-shirts for most of the week. The ground floor bedroom is a big plus if there is anyone with physical disabilities. One of the oldies in our group strained their back just before the holiday and it hampered their movement but luckily we put them in there and forgot about them. But I suppose that's the pros and cons of taking old people on holiday with you (I say pros and cons. I can't think of any pros). The kitchen is a decent size to cook in and well equipped and the dinning room has plenty of seating around the table without everyone being crammed on top of one another. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the linen is spotlessly clean. There are 4 bathrooms so there was no waiting around to get in the shower of a morning. We were met at the property by the caretaker, she was very pleasant and helpful, she showed us around and how things worked (central heating etc). I would definitely book up and stay there again and recommend the place to others.
