A very comfortable and well equiped cottage ideally situated for exploring the coast and moors . Good public transport so car not necessary . A very welcoming host . Only gave a 9 for overall rating as there is traffic noise but this did not bother us , you can open windows on the garden side of cottage in every room .

Beautiful cottage, very comfortable. Ideal safe enclosed garden for our dog, near dog friendly park leading down to Teignmouth beach. Would definitely stay here again. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, wine and biscuits were appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

What a gem of holiday my daughter and her fiance arrived before us and the owner sandra met them with a glass of wine. A rather lovely touch. When we arrived she took the time to take all of us on a lovely walk with the dogs down through some beautiful gardens and onto the sea front (even though she had not long ago had a double hip replacement)says it all really. I could go on but suffice to say we had a lovely break and would have no hesitation in returning again next year. Thanks again Sandra it was just the tonic.
