The bungalow it's self was a nice home from home. Only thing that let it down was the cleanliness and the nasty smell on arrival which was obviously trying to be eliminated by leaving the windows open. The view was beautiful and there was a pub outside the front door. Small dogs could escape out of the garden which wasn't ideal. Having said all that its a lovely retreat for a break.

The Cottage and location were excellent, the furniture, beds and equipment supplied were all very good, short of nothing. Only downside was, most of the Windows and doors still had stains from previous dog visits, other than this the visit was very pleasant.

Well equipped cottage, lovely welcome pack and beautiful outlook across the bay. The owner text us on arrival which we thought was a really nice touch.Great food across the road at the Ship Inn and a well stocked village store. Bathrooms & beds very clean and the only reservation we had was the cottage was in need of a wee bit more tlc but we did enjoy our break.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tigh Na Ursvige, and would love to come back one day. A nice bottle of wine awaited us on our arrival. The view was amazing and being so close to the sand and the sea was brilliant. The only thing that let it down for us was the lack of cleanliness. We had to ask for a change of bedding on the first night, the power shower was very dirty with a black shower head. I cleaned cupboard fronts..very sticky. A freezer left full of food and spills and also very sticky. So our first full day we spent cleaning to reach an acceptable standard. We left the cottage much cleaner than when we first moved in having cleaned fridge, freezer, cupboard fronts, bathrooms, mopped and hoovered the floor. May I just add that I am not house proud nor do I have OCD. Saying all this we would love to stay again.

This weeks holiday was more than hoped for, the cottage was spotless and very comfortable, the inside of the cottage is lots more than the photos, the beach was perfect for our 2 dogs, and our grandchildren stayed for the weekend getting access to a lovely child Summer house full of toys. We sat often watching the fishing boats going out and back, and the beach is very close. The decking area outside is just as spotless as the inside. I would have no hesitation in going back

One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Had everything you might need at home apart from views "spectacular".
