Georgian detached property, with sash windows, oak floors, galleried landing and walled garden, Charlecote and Packwood Houses nearby.

Located in the popular village of Tiddington, this is a Grade II listed, Georgian, detached period property, built around 1820. Fully restored, it retains original features such as sash windows and some original doors which are complemented by the contemporary finish and facilities. The property has two reception rooms, a dining-room, four bedrooms, the master having en-suite facilities, and a family bathroom. The south-facing, enclosed walled garden has been landscaped to create a three tiered, decked terrace to enjoy the sun throughout the day; the remaining garden is mainly laid to lawn with herbaceous borders to the perimeter, and a paved pathway leading from the house to the rear terrace where there is a summer house. Tiddington is just a mile and a half from the thriving market town of Stratford-Upon-Avon. In the village there are a number of shops for everyday requirements as well as two restaurants, a public house and delicatessen. Local attractions (apart from Stratford) include nearby National Trust properties Charlecote House, Coughton and Packwood House. Warwick Castle and Kenilworth Castle are only a 20-minute drive. Stratford-Upon-Avon is a mere 1½ miles, Leamington Spa 9 miles, Birmingham 25 miles and Warwick Parkway train station 8 miles making London Marylebone only a 85-minute journey. This was a truly fantastic house,we couldn't have asked for better!it was clean and equipped with more things you could possibly think of.A lot of thought had obviously gone into the house,it was extremely comfortable yet fitted in with the theme and style of the house, there was also information provided about the local area.We couldn't have asked for better and none of us wanted to leave

Very welcoming, beautiful house, but because we are all tall, the beds were a little too small - standard size. We had a great week and would highly recommend.

Lovely house in a great location (very close to Stratford and over theorist from a nice pub and several good restaurants). One parking permit available for space directly outside property.

A fabulous spot for my family and I to meet up and spend a few days together. The house was large enough for the six of us to be together, yet have our own space if we needed it. Well positioned for Stratford with regular buses. However on several occasions we simply walked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had virtually everything that we could possibly want.

We booked Tiddington House as a weekend break for a group of friends. It was the most perfect weekend and we didn't want to leave the house. Everything is well spaced out and well proportioned, no room is too big or small which makes it really cosy, especially with the fire on. The house had everything you could possibly need and more and the guide that was left is the most thorough I've ever seen. We didn't try the pub next door but it looked nice and the spa the other side of the pub was extremely convenient when arriving late on a Friday night. This place is highly recommended.
