A lovely cosy cottage. The homemade cake and dog biscuit was a lovely thought. We had a lovely relaxing time. We would book again.

The cottage is beautiful in a tranquil location. Nice and warm. Beds acomfortable. The bottom step of the stairs blends in with the flooring , so you really have to be aware. The welcome victoria sandwich was a lovely welcome.

Beautiful garden and location but apart from that not the best cottage we have stayed in.

We enjoy cottages that are quiet, remote and comfortable - and Three-Ash cottage ticks all the boxes! It is less than 2 miles from Bungay that has several good pubs and good food. Being situated close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border it is beautifully placed to travel in any direction. There and many footpaths around for walkers with quiet lanes and open fields. The Wi-Fi in the cottage also worked well and reliably! There is also a lovely garden area and garden chairs and barbeque are to be found in the shed, that also houses the washing machine. Visitors over 6ft should remember to watch their head on the beams and the staircase! We would definitely recommend!

We were not altogether lucky with the weather, but the cottage was always cosy to return to. We very much enjoyed the area with its many fine churches. Bungay is lively and attractive, providing both a choral concert and a street fair during our week's holiday; the Tesco store at Beccles is convenient and useful.

Very nice cottage in quiet rural area but still handy for town. Handy for touring lots to do and see quite close by. We had not visited this area before but will be back.

Sweet cottage clean and tidy lovely walks first time to Suffolk not enough sandy beaches for the dog so probably will not return.

We had a lovely stay. However, we didn't realise that you had to walk through the double bedroom, from the second bedroom to get downstairs and to the bathroom/loo. Not a big issue but would have been good to know in advance to set expectation. On arrival there was a delicious cake which was a lovely welcome and instructions straight forward. We had consistent hot water and a lovely log fire with plenty of logs provided. The dogs were very happy and its a lovely quiet location. Kitchen is small but ample enough.
