From a touch of luxury to characterful heritage, experience one of our truly inspiring holiday properties.

A family group will love the space in this converted barn complete with a pool table and a hot tub hidden in the garden.

Set in 18 acres of beautiful rural countryside in the heart of Gower, this delightfully converted barn provides great family holiday accommodation. Adjoining the owners’ home, it is set in a relaxed and peaceful location. Full advantage is taken of the views from the decking area, which overlooks a fenced play area, fields, woodlands and a large wild flower meadow - as well as a pond with geese and ducks. There is also a hot tub for visitors’ use. This leads further on to a wooden summerhouse with a large deck overlooking a lake. This is truly a nature lover’s paradise, for young and old alike.
The Willows is ideally placed for exploring the Gower countryside, coastline and footpaths as it is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nearby is Parc Le Breos, with its Roman burial grounds and pony trekking centre. Adjacent is the Three Cliffs Beach, which is overlooked by Pennard Castle and boasts an amazing view of the river winding down into the sea. A trip to Mumbles is well worth a visit, especially for those who enjoy fine cuisine. Mumbles is renowned for its collection of excellent restaurants and cafés, as well as being a traditional seaside town. One of the most curious landscapes in Gower is the reedy nature reserve around Oxwich Burrows, a flatland of salt and freshwater marshes. The marshes are dotted with pools and surrounded by ancient woodland which lead down to one of the most coveted beaches at Oxwich Bay. A local pub can be found nearby. Shop 1 mile.

On arrival there were lovely touches like flowers in each room and a wonderful welcome basket. Our party enjoyed barbecues together, quiet times to read by one of the two lakes or a peaceful row on the boat, walks from the garden down to the Three Cliffs Bay, pool and darts competitions and a daily soak in the hot tub. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful without being intrusive and you can also book surfing lessons from their son who was incredibly patient and had all three of his students standing on there surf boards after one lesson. I can't recommend it enough.

We loved staying at the Willows. It is a spacious and tastefully decorated cottage on a farm. Our dog had the time of her life as she had the freedom to charge around the beautiful grounds chasing leaves and birds! The cottage was really clean and was well stocked with everything we needed for a fantastic stay - we were even allowed to borrow wet suits and body boards from the games room. The little attentions to detail in the cottage such as the relaxing music CD player in the bathroom, made for a real 'home from home' feel. The owners were always at hand and really helpful without being at all intrusive. The children loved playing in their own private playground and the hot tub was the icing on the cake, enjoyed by all ages.

We had a fantastic time at the Willows. We were in Wales for the week for our sons graduation, so all the family were in the house (8 plus a baby). The hot tub was fabulous and my husband, my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed the fishing on the bottom lake. We had a very pleasant afternoon spent with the whole family in the summer house by the lake. The games room was great for a bit of family competitiveness. The barbeque area was perfect. Steve and Karen the owners were really friendly but left us just to get on with enjoying our holiday. Steve has great local knowledge of best beaches etc. The welcome pack was a really nice touch. Having the extra fridge in the games room was great for keeping the drinks chilled. We would definitely return.

What an amazing place! We had everything we could have needed and more besides. The Willows is very well equipped and the playground, donkeys, toys and hot tub were a lovely bonus. The welcome basket full of goodies was a lovely surprise and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. The gravel drive wasn't a problem for our 1 year old grandson as there were plenty of adults around to help him across! Everyone in our party (from 1 to 63) had a marvellous time and came home refreshed. Thank you Steve.

Brilliant relaxing week for the family and a great place for dog owners. Owners were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Great walk to be had from the property - parc le breos. The hot tub was a great assess for the younger party members and the lake decking provided us with a great escape from the youngsters!

First holiday with a small child & inlaws. Property was perfect as there was so much space & bedroom options. There are a few things that need fixing (dishwasher door, cupboard latches in kitchen, etc.) but cleanliness was excellent. The outside space was not private and the lawns were over a gravel drive (not suitable for a crawling baby) with the occasional dog mess. The children's garden play equipment had seen better days. We had a wonderful holiday despite my negative comments. It was ideal for us as the inside space was huge. Views from the grounds were amazing, but the interior was quite dark as north facing a stable block. Would recommend this for a family with very small children or a group of adults.

Fabulous cottage in alovely location, we visited some gorgeous unspoilt beaches and enjoyed lovely sunshine. Having the horses and donkeys nearby was great for the kids, plus the hot tub. Hosts were lovely and helpful and we had a relaxing break.

Wonderfull cottage for exploring the lovely Gower! Peacefully situated, but within five min drive to the beaches and easily assessable places of interest such as mumbles. Fabulous hot tub (which we used in the rain), fantastic grounds and home to three adorable donkeys and brilliant hosts on hand should they be needed.

The Willows is a beautifully converted farm building with loads of space, as all the rooms are of very generous size. It is located on a farm with loads of interesting history from Roman times. The owner lives on site but was not intrusive at all & was very friendly & informative. Only minor negative is that the wifi in the property only worked in one corner of the living room and even that was intermittent. However, overall probably the best place we've stopped at.
