Had a great week at Threshing Barn. Pauline and Clive were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Plenty of places to visit in the area and nice walks with the dog. Will definitely be going again next year.

To start with you could park outside the barn the owners where there to see you in fantastic, plus a very nice cake milk in fridge flowers on the table + 6 eggs. As far as location is concerned it seemed to take a very short time to get to the local shops & restaurants good food in most. General car parking good at this time of year

Perfect barn with excellent facilities. Easily accessed from a main road, with good day destinations to fill your week. Extremely quiet setting with good dog walks suited to all needs. A few extra serving spoon would have been useful. Owners helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Great holiday destination.

Lovely clean, comfortable converted barn in the middle of nowhere. Within easy reach of the coast and Exmoor. Dog friendly and a field by the side of the owners property to exercise your dog morning and evening. We stayed between Christmas and New Year and the barn was warm and cosy. Shame about the weather - it rained every day but it is winter and this didn't stop us visiting places - we had a great time.

Fantastic accommodation, could not fault the barn at all. Location was great. Not to far to local towns. Eggs, cake and milk on arrival was an added bonus. Only down side for us was we couldn't enjoy the seating area outside only due to the weather! Will certainly be going back again!

We love the Threshing Barn and The Shippen and keep coming back - both are furnished to a really high standard with everything you could want in them to make your stay easy and comfortable - the accommodation is perfect for a range of people - we had 2 x 14 year olds, 1 x82 year old and 2 dogs including ourselves and it worked perfectly using both barns - we pre ordered Pauline's food for our arrival night and it was gorgeous. I can't recommend the barns highly enough

A beautiful barn with lots of luxurious touches. Home from home! In a great location for exploring Exmoor and the coast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Beautiful, high specification property. For us there was an issue with the in- room bathroom arrangements and the fact that the open wall to the upstairs bedroom restricted other peoples use of the main living area both first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Due to the nature of the building, even in July and with the use of the heating we found the bedrooms and beds cold.
