Fantastic little cottage. Lovely touch to arrive to home-made bread and shortbread and to find milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. You'll stay again

Cannot fault this cottage at all. Perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all. Far enough away from all the tourists to be peaceful but close enough to drive to the main attractions and walks. The garden was beautiful and perfect for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine, the inside was cosy and clean and the hamper left as a welcome gift was a wonderful surprise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This cottage is perfect for a couple. Perfectly clean and lovely. It's in a good position to drive to Ullswater, to Keswick, to Penrith and to Windermere. The views are stunning and I would highly recommend staying at The Studio!

Very friendly hosts, left us a lovely welcome basket. The Homemade Bread and Shortbread were very nice. Saw a Red Squirrel in their garden. The location was great for visiting Keswick, Penrith and Ullswater
