Horseshoe Cottage is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. The location was ideal. Perfectly situated for the lakes, coast, Cockermouth, Carlisle and the Eden Valley. The cottage was very well equipped to a high standard and immaculately clean. The open plan kitchen/sitting room was nice and light with terrific views over the countryside. It was very quiet with comfy beds so we slept very well! We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you.
