I had a great holiday. Lovely cottage and very friendly and obliging owner. I left something behind and Judy rang me to let me know and then went to the trouble of sending it back to me. From the outside the cottage and lane, where it is situated, is very pretty, although very narrow. I parked my car in the free town car park a short walk away. This is the nicest self catering accommodation I have stayed in and can not find a "down side". There are plenty of interesting places to visit. Sandwich is full of history and also Deal and Hythe. I will definitely go back.

The Snug is a lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay again if coming back to that area in the UK. The welcoming tray of scones with jam & cream was a an extra little touch that made it all the more homely. Very importantly it was extremely clean (so often in places you feel the need to clean & wash everything prior to settling in to stay) so it was fantastic that we felt we could settle in immediately. Lovely place in a beautiful area.

Lovely well-equipped cottage in pretty lane. Good storage space, and very comfortable. Lots of useful information provided about local walks, places to eat etc. The village shop is fine for basics and there is a post office, though we had to drive to Deal for fishmonger, butcher etc. The two pubs in walking distance both do excellent food.
