Excellent place to stay off the beaten track a bit and you have to be careful on leaving the property as sometimes the road can be busy. Overall a very pleasant stay

Although Dunbar was a bit further out than we'd hoped for this cottage was fabulous. Well appointed, well maintained, totally accessible and well equipped for a wheelchair. Kitchen had all you needed for a family of 6, maybe a few more mugs would be useful. We were made to feel very welcome and all our needs were met.

We loved our stay at the cottage. The facilities were fantastic and the cottage was immaculately clean with a stunning, well-maintained garden. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were lovely and clean and the access for disabled guests is second to none. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, with good access to North Berwick and Dunbar, and a short easy drive to Edinburgh. The only tiny niggles were the heavy fire doors which were very difficult to open from a wheelchair (although I imagine these are a legal requirement) and the non-negotiable early check-out - getting going in the mornings can be a struggle for some disabled people and it was hard to have everything prepared by 10am. We would rather have not been able to check in until 4pm and had until 11am to check out. However, these were tiny things in what was, in general, a perfect stay, and we'll definitely be returning!

A lovely well looked after and maintained cottage and garden, advised to have your own transport but everything within reach. Great for visiting Edinburgh and the surrounding area owners were very helpful would plan to stay here again when visiting the area.
