Ideally situated for a walking/sightseeing holiday. Two good pubs, selling cask ales and good food are very close by. The reason for not giving all "10's" is the lack of storage space, particularly in the small wardrobe.

Having been converted from an old school house the cottage felt spacious and was nicely furnished. It was great to have a comfortable sofa each! The owners obviously take notice of visitor comments as many things had been changed or added following suggestions made in the visitor book. The courtyard area of the garden was a perfect sun trap and it was a real bonus to be able to make use of it in April. Most things you could need were within a short walk - including pub, Co-op, butcher and fish and chip shop. A good base for exploring the surrounding countryside and a place we would be happy to return to.

Lovely snug cottage ideally situated in the middle of the village and so close to many beautiful villages and good walks. Beautifully furnished and so comfortable.
