It was mine and my husbands honeymoon holiday destination. We were made to feel very welcome straight away as we had received a visit from the owner on the first night to make sure we had arrived safely and we were happy with everything at the cottage. The Pump House has a lovely homely feel to it, and perfect for a romantic get away. It's also located within an idyllic village including local shops that have your everyday amenities available, and near by pubs if you wish for a lunch or evening tea out. Fantastic holiday and we will be back again next year.

We loved it. That’s all that really needs to be said. We definitely will stay here again. The cottage is well planned out. There is plenty of storage space. Well equipped with everything you need. The furnishings and decoration is perfect. The location is great overlooking the river and cricket pitch. It is very quiet and peaceful. Although it is amongst houses it feels as though it’s secluded because none of the windows overlook any of the other properties. The only downside is the storage heaters.

A fantastic place to stay in a great location. The finishing touches and the décor in the accommodation made it really feel like home. There was everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely owners too. Popped to see if we were ok after we had arrived. Highly recommend
