Very nice bungalow situated on a knoll above fields leading to the A31. Very comfortable and spacious property, including a nice conservatory and a big deck. Good selection of DVDs and a very generous welcome pack of groceries. Nice woodburner and a good supply of logs to go with it. Super double glazing means no road noise inside, but the traffic on the busy A31 is easily heard if outside. Also, the drive to the cottage is two fields length of gravel drive; bumpy but perfectly safe in an ordinary car as long as you go slowly.

Response on behalf of the owner. Many thanks for your kind review, we really appreciate all feedback. So pleased you were happy and comfortable during your stay.

We had a wonderful week, helped by really good weather, and the Poppies was a real home from home. The owners went to a lot of trouble to make it comfortable and welcoming and we would definitely stay there again if visiting that area of Dorset.

Response on behalf of the owner; So pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your kind review. We really appreciate it. 😊
