The house is immaculate and the owners are on hand should anything need attention. The walk down Dark Lane leads easily to the canal towpath, the George pub/restaurant. The bus stop is very close to the house and the buses are every half hour into Bath. It is very quiet with views across to the Beckford Tower. We had a delightful week and would not hesitate to return.

Nice cottage. Unfortunately the heating was switched off when we arrived and there was only 15*C. It took a long time to get someone to turn it on for as and then it took quite a while to make a place warm as the heating was switched off for a week as the owner was away. View from the cottage breathtaking! Really close to the Bath town centre

Fantastic location. If you're a walker, Bath is a 40 minute flat walk along the towpath which is less than ten minutes from the property. If you're driving it's an easy 30 minutes to the Bristol Park And Ride at Brislington. Cottage of a very high standard. Small problem with non firing boiler fixed by the owner within fives minutes before 9am Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay at the Paddock Annexe. Lovely cottage in peaceful location looking out over fields. Very clean and well equipped and the great welcome basket was very much appreciated. Ideal location for visiting Bath, which we did - once by bus and once by walking along the canal towpath, which was very pleasant and took just under an hour from the cottage to the city centre. Local pub serving good food just five minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.

We would happily recommend staying at the Paddock Annexe. It's well equipped, clean and comfortable. A very quiet location, and a gentle 2 mile stroll along the canal towpath to Bath city centre.

We enjoyed a lovely week at the Paddock and would highly recommend this cottage to others who want to visit Bath and the surrounding areas. The location is excellent with a very convenient bus service and there was so much to see and do to suit a variety of tastes. The cottage was lovely and clean, comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well laid out with every convenience. For my husband and myself, we would have liked a 5ft bed instead of a 4ft 6" bed, but we did know before we booked the cottage that it was only a double bed.

Lovely cottage in a very quiet location looking out onto open fields. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A lovely welcome pack when we arrived! A nice walk into Bath when weather was good and pub just 5 mins away when weather not so good.

Quiet beautiful location for a well earned rest. Left the car in the drive and took the local bus to Bath on several days, walked along the canal, ate at the George Inn and had a great break. Highly Recommended.
