Our second visit to the Old Wash House and it was as comfortable and welcoming as before. A lovely cottage, warm, cosy with everything you could want, including a great family who run it.

'Tash and her family give a very warm welcome and make you feel as one of the family. The tea, coffee, milk eggs etc. are a nice gesture and after a long journey enable you to relax quickly without having to "race down to the shops" to get essentials. The Wash House cottage is a tastefully refurbished "outhouse" with some of the original features cleverly integrated into the refurbishment, it is well appointed equipment wise and very comfortable, and we found it quite quiet and peaceful. The farm cats were quite cute and friendly especially if they could scrounge food off you! I found the Sat' Nav' via the post code accurate (took me to the farm gate), which is just as well as the farm is somewhat isolated amongst a "rabbit warren" of narrow "C" class roads. Mevagissey is 7mls away, and St Austell about 12mls, and there are a reasonable number of attractions within easy driving distance (60min or less). Would my wife and I use the Wash House Cottage? Most certainly.

Such a beautiful cottage. Fresh flowers and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Shame that it was way out in the sticks and not very accessible. Perhaps they could consider wfi, most people use ipad etc nowadays. Overall we had a very nice holiday.

A beautiful well equipped cottage. Immaculately clean with good quality fixtures and fittings. A lovely welcome with flowers and tea and biscuits. Good location but don't follow your sat nav.

This cottage was spotless and really well equipped. Very peaceful location. Welcome gifts of flowers, milk, eggs, tea, biscuits etc were much appreciated. This cottage is cosy and warm and has a very modern interior whilst retaining the feel of the old building as it used to be.Really enjoyed it here.

Loved the cottage. Perfect for our needs. A little off the beaten track but possibly all the better for that!
