The location makes it an idea base to explore this part of devon.when we arrived the cottage was very cold and smelt very musty,it was January,we had elected to take our own sheets and towels, unfortunately the blankets supplied were damp,it needs a sink in the bathroom, and the lounge furniture is not comfortable, all that said I would stay again .maybe not in the winter,it doesn't have central heating but the small heaters did the job by t he second day. It needs a sink in the bathroom, and the lounge suite is not comfortable.
