Great holiday home with great facilities. We did a nice walk from the doorstep. The only disappointment was that walking route maps were not provided of the immediate area around.

A great property. Loads of space. Perfect for our needs. Spacious yet warm and cosy. We would definitely stay again. ( Very helpful owners who came to help out with a heating issue within a couple of hours). Loved it.

The Old Stables is a great property, we loved it. It's modern and well appointed and very spacious, it was a comfortable stay for 8 adults with the large lounge and kitchen. We didn't get under each others feet at all. The lounge is the property's centerpiece and it's stunning, large and airy with beams, wood burner and fireplace. Being winter it was lovely to get the fire on and relax in the comfortable lounge. All the bedrooms are comfortable, there's plenty of bathrooms. The games room is a bonus too but some of the equipment is in need of repair - the only tired looking part of the property. Only point of criticism is no WiFi given the phone signal is so poor. That might be great if you want to get away completely but an irritation in the modern world. Other than that it was ideal for a large group such as ours, and we enjoyed our time there and would happily recommend and return.

Beautiful, clean and spacious cottage! This is the second time we have visited this cottage, with a party of 8. Spacious rooms, lovely bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, huge living room and awesome games room, something for everyone! The location is very secluded, driving is recommended. Only downside (for some people) was limited phone signal and no wifi, but was rather nice leaving the rat race behind. Would highly recommend to anyone, family's or responsible parties. Will be back next year!
