Lovely well equipped cottage in a secluded location yet only a 5minute walk to Cromer High street. The open plan kitchen and living room is charming and has everything you could possibly need. Limited free view channels (I appreciate being in a conservation area nothing can be done about this), but they have helpfully provided a good selection of DVD’s. The welcome pack was really nice, and for longer stays it was useful to have a washer dryer - user friendly instructions provided for all appliances. I feel the bedrooms let the cottage down slightly. Although perfectly adequate the furniture was of very modest quality and I would have liked a better quality mattress. Nothing to spoil our stay but the bedrooms don’t match the charm of the ground floor. Would be useful if a rubber bathmat for the shower was provided, and care needs to be taken as the bathroom flor tiles are quite slippery when when wet. Overall a lovely cottage that just needs a couple of tweaks.

Excellent location, quiet but very close to the town and sea. Great base for exploring, and frequent daytime buses (at least until September - may be less good in winter). Clean and comfortable cottage, well-equipped, with pleasant seating area in back garden. Parking space very nearby. Owners left clear instructions for use of appliances - a rare benefit. Good modern shower. Bedrooms quite small but wholly adequate.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and bright with very comfy beds and good quality fixtures and fittings. Quiet but still really close to the centre, the beach and a big play park.
