Had a great stay here. The property had everything you could need for your stay. I loved the personal touches such as books, magazines, games and beach equipment for everyone to use. The property is in an ideal location with easy access to sea,the town and train station. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again next year.

An excellent apartment, home from home with plenty of equipment. Would stay again. It would be perfect if it had 2 parking spaces and 2 showers.

We loved our stay at this seaside cottage. Two minutes walk from the beach, the appartment has everything you need for a stay by the sea. February's not exactly beach weather but we enjoyed some bracing walks along the front and also at Cromer. We also went on the steam train to Holt. The appartment is very clean, and the owner really has thought of everything including little touchs such as magazines, books, games, DVDs. Plus points - location, cleanliness, little touches, nice and warm, value for money. Things to consider - it's above a launderette which meant I went home with a clean bag of clothes thanks to a service wash before we left, but waking to the appartment shaking slightly when all the machines are on spin is an experience. The walls are also quite thin so we could hear the conversations in the launderette too. Please also note that there are stairs into the appartment and only one parking space.

Lovely spacious apartment. Everything provided. Possibly not for the aged or infirm as it is on first and second floors. Parking could have been a problem, but wasn't, thankfully. TV was good and loads of dvd's and board games for families. WiFi was excellent. All in all, a good place to either stay or use as a base.

We had a fantastic short break in this apartment with my parents. It is extremely well equipped and has absolutely everything you may want. It is literally 1 minute walk to the seafront and a few minutes into the centre of Sheringham so is perfectly placed. I would thoroughly recommend this property

A great location. Parking was fine on the pavement. Property spacious and very clean. Lots of extra games, sea side equipment and leaflets were very helpful but needs going through to remove out of date bits. Only very small frustration of the house was all the extra decorations, that were not required and had to be removed away from the children eg fish hanging off curtain rails, figurines, carriage clock etc.....the other problem was that the shower was very inconsistent in terms of temperature, if any other water was used in the house the shower temperature varied. The varying temperature wasn't comfortable for adults and not safe for children. In fact I turned the dishwasher off in order to have a shower on the last morning and unfortunately I think I may not have turned the dishwasher back on again, for which I apologise. Overall we would book the house again if we were to return to north Norfolk.

Lovely flat, well equipped and clean - parking is a bit of an issue with only one space outside and you have to park "the right way "- a little bit off putting that you have to have a notice about that as soon as you walk in but other wise a very nice central place to stay.

Having stayed in a number of self catering cottages over the years, I feel qualified to say that this is a most wonderful cottage for a holiday. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped, almost perfect. Almost, there were 3 issues with detracted from our stay. 1. Parking. The parking space consists of a wide piece of footpath outside the cottage with cones to put down to keep the space free. People park outside the laundrette to one side of the cottage, half on the pavement and half on the road. Which means you cannot access your space without running up a high kerb. Then people park behind you making it difficult to get off the pavement. We only used it on the last night. Parking in The Avenue as we have done for previous cottages. 2. Whilst there are loads of information booklets in the cottage, most establishments have a information sheet showing, Doctors, Dentist contact details, plus bus/taxi services, along with religious services etc., 3.Details of how to switch the central heating on, because on a couple of nights it was very chilly, and I didn't want to go around pressing buttons etc, so we sat in the cold. Otherwise an excellent place.
