Less than 10 minutes’ drive from the nearest sandy cove on the beautiful south Cornish coast, these two holiday cottages (refs GPB and GPC), which may be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests, are set in 4 acres of beautiful, peaceful gardens with pond, surrounding the owner’s Grade II listed manor house which has existed since 1066! This AONB offers excellent walking, with pretty beaches, sailing and river trips at Fowey (5 miles) and Mevagissey (11 miles). Sailing tuition is available at Fowey. Bird-watching and fishing at Luxulyan and on the Fowey river. Golf at Carlyon Bay (3 miles), horse riding and the old port of Charlestown and St Austell, all within 5 miles. Shop 1½ miles.
External steps to first floor: Spacious beamed living room with farmhouse-style kitchen/dining area. Twin bedroom with additional folding single bed (for alternative sleeping only) and beamed sloping ceiling. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Ground floor: Double bedroom with oak bed, stone mullion windows, doors to garden and en-suite shower room with toilet.
