In a charming B listed renovated church, located in the quiet hamlet of Dalguise in Perthshire, The Old Kirk has been thoughtfully converted into a stunning 4 bedroom house over three floors with magnificent views across the Tay Valley.

Dining/Kitchen: With electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1: With king size bed and beautiful large windows overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 2: With two twin beds (one can be put away)
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

First Floor: Lounge: Open plan with satellite TV, DVD and radio/CD player. This living space looks down onto the kitchen and up to a dining area and play room/ reading area.

Second Floor: Dining Area: Open plan with table and chairs for 10 people.
Children’s/Reading Area: With toys for the children and a comfortable chair for some quiet reading time.
Bedroom 3: With super king size bed.
Bedroom 4: Split level room with a single bed on bottom level and 2 twin beds on top level.. Useful if you want to have parents upstairs and 1 child downstairs or two people sharing, with privacy.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair available. Internet access avaialble.Grassy area including patio with furniture, BBQ, chiminea and children’s play area with play equipment (swing and climbing frame). Off road parking for 3 cars.
There is an interconnected 1 bedroom flat, whose tenant can be called upon by the owner to rectify any maintenance issues at short notice.
