A little slice of heaven comes to mind. Elizabeth and Robin offered a warm welcome, home baked scones and tea try, fresh flowers from their garden, lots of books/jigsaws, etc. An excellent base with countless interesting places to visit in the near vicinity. A peaceful little retreat, which despite the constantly changing weather, snow, hail, rain and sun, it was a delight to return to the warm cosy cottage at the end of the day.

Lovely little place, beautiful surroundings, and very friendly and helpful owners. Just beware one thing - this is NOT a cottage, but a flat.
