The Forest of Dean is a fantastic location and this old house is full of character. I loved it and the creaky floors. Really appreciated all the leaflets of what to see and do.

It was ideal for exploring the area plus visiting a nearby relative. I know the area so thar helped when revisiting places from my childhood. The other members of the family group did not know area but thought it beautiful and autumn colours magnificent. Also visited my birthplace in Malvern.

Hi, The cottage is large, comfortable and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again as it was value for money compared to other cottages in the area. The only disadvantage for larger groups is that the upstairs bathroom needs updating and does not have a shower. our group ended up using the downstairs bathroom and only used the toilet upstairs. Cheers!
