2nd time at this cottage. It is a brilliant cottage in a beautiful location. Dog friendly. Car didn't move all week. Ideal for walking the local Hope valley walks. We and the dogs loved it. If you like birds, bring some mixed nuts for feeder, it attracts so many birds I have never seen before! Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings, very comfy,we found the use of the Aga to get a hot shower difficult at times, but we were there so little as our visit was for a wedding and spent most of the time outdoors with family. The garden is lovely and great for the dogs as it is enclosed,we had a great holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed it at The Old Dairy. A beautiful setting, very quiet, lots of walking and close to Edale village and the beginning of the Pennine way. Cottage had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The garden was beautiful; it was made even better by being left bird feed to feed the birds in the garden. Lots of varieties to spot, even the woodpecker came to visit! Dog friendly too; our 2 dogs had a fantastic time as it was their first holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location for direct walking from the cottage. The court yard garden very relaxing area when the sun came out. On the cooler evenings the wood burner gave good cheer. Enjoyable break
