Really characterful cottage with lovely garden. Our hosts were very welcoming. It's a nice location, although the only thing lacking is ability to walk on footpaths around and into Axminster - walking the roads a bit risky I think.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location amoungst the countryside and animals on the farm but close enough to lots of places to visit. Only downside the 2nd en suite bathroom was pretty useless as you couldn't use the bath as it would take a day to fill as the hot tap was so slow. The shower roon ensuite was brill in the twin room. at

We had an amazing family holiday with our two young children. The owners were very friendly without being intrusive. We came home feeling very relaxed and rested from this tranquil location.

A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by the four of us (two couples). The "farm" location was different but really afforded you the opportunity to be away from the hustle and bustle.
