A lovely cottage in a good location. The cottage was clean and tidy, in good condition and felt like a home away from home for our week away. The only factor to be aware of is the shower, unless you are around the five foot mark you wont be able to stand up in it due to the beam!

Cottage was in a very good location for exploring the area. The WiFi signal was non-existent, which was particularly disappointing as this was one of the reasons we choose the cottage. From the Visitors' Book it appears that a number of other guests had also complained about this. We couldn't find any mugs or cups when we arrived, but eventually found them in the dishwasher along with a load of other dirty dishes. Shower was very cramped and leaked.

The cottage is in a lovely location however is in need of a good clean and repaint. There is limited headroom upstairs, especially in the bathroom- you are unable to use the shower while standing.

Great location to explore local area. The cottage is on a busy road and parking is on that road. The cottage was well equipped but could do with a spring clean, de cluttered and re decorated in places. Courtyard was private and enjoyed sitting outside for our evening meal and playing table tennis. Plenty of room downstairs but as already say the head room upstairs is restricted with the bathroom been the smallest. The double bed is in need of a new mattress but did let the owners know as we left.

We had a lovely time here. Very comfortable and everything we needed. The sheltered courtyard was particularly nice for an evening drink & reflection on the day. Perfect base for exploring the area.

A good place to have as a base, easy access to main roads for travelling around the county. A short walk to a pub, shops and a restaurant. The coach house suited our needs perfectly.

Most disappointed to be told on arrival, that they had run out of heating oil. A delivery would was due the following day. three oil radiators had been provided but not turned on! The place was very cold. Unpacked and went on a visit around the area and returned tea time to find that there was no hot water, as there wasn't an immersion heater. The owner did try and rectify things by making a trip to the oil depot and putting a couple of cans of oil into the tank but the system needed bleeding and this couldn't be done, so unable to have a shower. The general cleanliness of the Coach House was poor. The litter bin hadn't been emptied. The carpets had not been vacuumed and there was food debris in the bottom of the fridge and washing up bowl. We left the following morning, when we were looking forward to having a 3 night stay. A complete waste of time and journey. A ruined weekend!

Comfy cottage, fantastic location for exploring. Quirky cottage with very low ceiling in bathroom. Fully equiped. Lacked the finishing touches but to be fair only recently taken over. Had a great few days break, nice to come back after a cold day exploring to a warm cottage, wonderful indian restuarant right on door step.

Very nice cottage in a quite location that great for trips around the area. The owners were lovely and friendly and we felt very welcome. The only thing to watch out for is the shower. It is over the bath and space is tight as the ceiling is right there. The bath is fine though and hot water was plentiful.
