The ground floor is most satisfactory but the bedrooms and bathroom are very poor.Little thought has been given to the main bedroom and bathroom layouts. Much could have been done to overcome the roof angles while the double bed needs a new matress.

Comfortable, cosy, clean, everything we needed, plenty of books and board games, tv and dvds, wifi good. Lovely garden, quirky beams and sloping ceilings.

The Old Coach House is a charming and well converted cottage in a good position for exploring the many local sights. However, when we went it was suffering from a certain amount of neglect due to the fact that it and the adjoining Dene House were up for sale. We were concerned that there didn't seem to be anyone for us to contact should anything go wrong.

Great cottage in a great location. Well equipped and comfortable. Ceilings are low upstairs so not brilliant for those with limited mobility but otherwise lovely!

Well equipped cottage in nice location. As mentioned in other reviews you can't stand up in the shower but we knew this before we went so not a problem. The double mattress still needs replacing (a review in August 2015 said that the owners had been informed of this, but they haven't done anything about it), and decoration a bit worn in places. However, a good base for exploring the area.

Thought this was in a quiet village on the outskirts of Warwick, but the daily traffic past the cottage was Heavy. Light sleepers take note. The cottage was very well equipt with plenty of games, books and Wi-Fi. The kitchen was great with everything we needed too. Needs a bit of TLC in the small sized bathroom. Lots of nice walks in and around Kineton and a great base for traveling to Warwick, Stratford, Leamington and Banbury.

A lovely cottage in a good location. The cottage was clean and tidy, in good condition and felt like a home away from home for our week away. The only factor to be aware of is the shower, unless you are around the five foot mark you wont be able to stand up in it due to the beam!

Cottage was in a very good location for exploring the area. The WiFi signal was non-existent, which was particularly disappointing as this was one of the reasons we choose the cottage. From the Visitors' Book it appears that a number of other guests had also complained about this. We couldn't find any mugs or cups when we arrived, but eventually found them in the dishwasher along with a load of other dirty dishes. Shower was very cramped and leaked.
