Family Easter holiday break. Wonderful location for a base to explore the Brecon Beacons. We were a party of seven adults, one teenager and three dogs. Plenty of space indoors and out, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Fridge and freezer in the kitchen were a bit on the small size for a party of eight, although there was another fridge and freezer in the garage. A slight problem with one of the showers whilst we were staying at the property (water leaking through to downstairs sitting room), but as there were four showers at the property this didn't prove to be too much of an inconvenience. The owner of the local community centre (next door to the cottage) was very welcoming and helpful, recommending local beauty spots and giving us the history of the village. The bedrooms were immaculate, some mould on sealants in bathrooms, living room and dining area very comfortable, kitchen not quite to the same standard in terms of cleanliness.

Beautiful, roomy cottage but underfloor heating too hot and faulty. Not enough hot water. Some of us had cold or no shower.
