Very comfortable, well equipped cottage. Grateful for the lovely flowers, cake and starter provisions on our arrival. Perfect for a family get together, and well positioned for exploring the area. Pet friendly with secure garden a welcome addition, as was the wifi and sound system. Highly recommended.

We could not have been happier with our weekend away. Jonathan was incredibly helpful in his email correspondences, the place was exactly as we expected it to be. I would recommend The Old Chapel to anyone looking for a relaxed weekend away.

The cottage was in a very pretty village, close to shops in Chipping campden. The building was attractive and unusual, the furnishings were good quality and comfortable and the open fire was a welcome luxury. Chocolate cake and milk were a thoughtful addition and our two dogs settled in and had a great time. Muddy walks were inevitable, but a bit of a worry for returning to the carpeted cottage. Cleaning was easy, though!

One of the nicest holiday cottages we have stopped in. It was very well equipped (even though one of the dining table chairs was broken) and the whole place had a very relaxing and cosy atmosphere. The main bathroom had a real wow factor and the sunken bath was lovely. The whole space worked very well with our son and dog. The garden was safely enclosed and a reasonable size and there is a field with footpaths through right next door which was good for off-lead dog walks. The pub accross the road was very friendly though more of a fancy restaurant than a pub. The position worked very well for exploring the area.

I really can't think of anything negative to say about this cottage. Perfect for a cosy winter break, with its lovely fire. Each room has an en suite bathroom which is great. Shower pressure very good. Handily situated opposite a good pub. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. We enjoyed a perfect short break and would definitely stay again. The location is great and added bonus of having one of the best pubs to eat in opposite (the Churchill arms).

Cottages in the UK are often a hit and miss affair - this cottage is a HIT. We really liked the layout with the bedrooms on the bround floor (each with an ensuite) and the living area on the first floor which took advantage of the high ceilings and with a log fire and comfortable sofas it proved to be a real success on a cold winters night.
