The Old Barn was very spacious and everyone loved the layout. It was comfortable for our stay. I think maybe the people before us had left it in a bit of a mess, there was quite a lot of dust and dirt. Very welcoming touch was the scones left on the table.

Lovely and warm. Large and very relaxing. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely home made scones on arrival. Nice thought. My nephew who is a pianist enjoyed playing the piano though several notes missing.

The Old Barn was great for our family. We had 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog and the Barn was everything we expected with regards size, location and friendliness.

We have stayed here three times. We love the cottage. It has lots of space. The kitchen family room is great. It is well equipped and the people at the farmhouse are very helpful and friendly. My granddaughter enjoys going to see the animals. It is fairly isolated but there is a pub and shop in the village within walking distance.

The Old Barn is a really large house which easily accommodated 8 adults, 1 baby and two dogs. It is very well equipped. It is excellent value for money. It's very well placed for travelling around the area. We visited the coast , the Forest of Bowland and the Lake District.
