Well equipped cottage, and very clean. Welcome pack of wine, milk and sweets much appreciated. Good location for visiting places, although would have liked a pub and shops within walking distance.

Our family of four stayed at The Oaks for three nights in summer. A lovely, comfortable cottage in a great location, perfect for exploring the coastlines and beaches, with all the quiet and peace of a rural setting. We woke up each morning to birdsong and the sight of Tina's lovely back garden. The home-baked cake, wine and card that greeted us on arrival was very welcoming, and the house was spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped but would benefit from having a large covered pot and utensils for cooking pasta. We had a comfortable stay and would book again in future if we return to the area.

Lovely cottage, very clean, well equipped in a quiet location. We booked this cottage to spend some days at the sea and to make day trips to London.

A very comfortable house. Everything availble. A very good place to visit the coast (Hastings) and the exellent gardens in Sussex and Kent. A railway station in the village makes it very comfortable to make a day trip to London. There is one problem, that is to find the house. That discription in the documentation is not sufficient. But use the final approach information by telephone from the owner and you find the destination.
