Lovely little cottage. Huge rooms. Once it heated up it was cosy. Only downside is it needs a separate shower. Parking across the road was easy. Quiet and peaceful.

The cottage was all we expected and more but, for us, it was the hospitality offered by Fred - the owner. A really nice guy who made sure we knew where everything was.

The second time I've stayed here and simply can't fault it. It's the perfect blend of old thatched cottage with modern interior. Owners also lovely and caring.

The extra touches that the owners provided was excellent, Garden was great for the dog, owners provided covers so that the dog could get on the settee. People were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was having to park in road opposite , a little bit of a pain if it was raining. Parish councils won't allow dogs in playing fields. Not to sure about the beaches near by. The beach at Winterton- on- Sea is great for dogs. Don't bother taking dog to Norfolk Lavendar even though they say dogs are welcome they are not. No dog signs everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay
