Wonderfully remote, beside farmhouse where owners live. Great people, very helpful. The views from the windows and surrounding roads are stunning. The cottage has everything you could need including fully equipped for disabled people with lift and wet room. Useful advice about local places and pubs as well as lots of guide leaflets. The local towns are very pretty and interesting too. Great place, great people, great scenery, great food. and dog friendly Would definitely return again if everyone else hasn't already booked it!

The Malthouse is really comfortable, and the set up for disabled is very good. The enclosed garden was really secure for BoBo (Shih Tzu) who can be a bit of an escape artist. Nice little towns to explore. The river walk at Bewdley was really good with the mobility scooter, also a very nice woodland walk at Ironbridge which was scooter/wheelchair friendly. Jim and Jayne very friendly but not intrusive.

Glad we had good directions. Old scout (HUSBAND) wont have a satnav ! So quiet, peaceful. Great views. So nice and clean. Good quality bedding and towels. Thankyou. Also great welcome and info given. We had been so pleased to find a place that made us welcome with our old boy. Greyhound called Jasper.

This is our second visit to The Malthouse Cottage and Farm we just love it here. The Malthouse is kept spotlessly clean by Jayne and there is plenty of space, the two bathrooms and down stairs toilet is definitely a bonus when you have children. The kitchen whilst not ultra modern but is well equipped and functional if it had a dishwasher this would be perfect. The Malthouse is set in a fantastic spot the views across the valley are stunning. There are good walks right on your doorstep. Ludlow and Bridgenorth, with lots to explore are close by. Castles, steam railways and loads of places of interest to visit in the area really makes it possible to have a holiday that caters for everyone. If you don't fancy cooking we had a lovely meal at the Fighting Cocks, which is just down the road. But what really makes this place a cut above the rest is Jayne and Jim. As hosts Jim and Jayne have no competition. Our boys have had an amazing time on the farm and as one of our boys is on the autistic spectrum Jim had the ability to make him feel at ease and got him doing things round the farm which he would never have normally engaged in. Their good humour and hospitality have really made our stay memorable. We are planning another visit in the summer.

Really enjoyed our family weekend away at the Malthouse. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice to have a cot and highchair available and there is also a lift for those who may need such help. Lovely views and friendly welcome on the farm. Would like to visit again in the summer months

Our family (two adults & two children) really enjoyed our stay at a The Malthouse. The hosts Jayne and Jim we're great, very welcoming and friendly. The location was picturesque and views were beautiful. The house was so warm and comfortable to be in and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and I've got nothing negative to say about it at all.
