We really enjoyed our stay in The Leat this October. A beautiful conversion job in this former mill and we especially loved the sitting room and kitchen on the top floor with beautiful outlook across the burn and neighbouring gardens. Very well equipped including gorgeous thick , fluffy towels and with efficient central heating that was very welcome in this autumnal weather. Convenient for Malmesbury shops, eateries, Abbey, Gardens and Museum - all are in easy walking distance. Beautiful Westonbirt Arboretumn is within a very short drive as are plenty of other interesting places that we shall have to explore next on our next visit.

Very Clean & quiet accommodation in an Historic & interesting small town, handy location for many N.T. properties, would have no qualms about re-booking if visiting the area in the future .

Would definitely stay here again. Location is great with lots to see within a 40 mile radius. The Abbey Gardens in Malmesbury is an interesting visit depending on what day you go! The Smoking Dog in the town is a great place to eat and the Rose and Crown in Lea is a must. Some other reviews mentioned steep stairs but we didn't think they were particularly. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute.
