The cottage was very well equipped and the weather was lovely so we were able to make good use of the pool and hot tub. Our two dogs enjoyed the large garden. The only negative was the road which is busy at peak times but it wouldn’t deter us from coming back.

We had a great time there, fab house, great location, fab hot tub! Our only very small issue was that as we were only there a few days a Small pantry of essentials would of been useful, salt pepper etc.

House was beautiful and we had a great time. Only suggestion would be to have some washing up liquid. We were grateful for the tea, coffee, bread and milk though :)

The hot tub wasn’t turned on so we waited all night (6hrs) for it to heat up. There weren’t any cleaning products. I also scratched our car entering the drive on the sharp branches. There were no logs for fire as promised. Only gripes! Perfect otherwise!

What a beautiful old cottage! It’s been modernised very tastefully and it all looks very chic. The kitchen is well appointed and has pretty much everything you’d need, apart from a microwave.( But we loved the swinging seat in the corner!) The living room was cosy and comfy and we even had a log fire one night. Only just enough seating though for 8 of us, could do with another chair or 2 if we had been our original 10. The dining room was spacious and seated all of us very well, the amazing inglenook fireplace was a real feature of the room. All the beds were ( so I’m told) we’re very comfortable with tasteful, clean bed linen. The bedrooms were beautiful but there wasn’t enough storage for clothes in some of the rooms. The TV lounge wasn’t used at all by our group of 8 adults but I could see it might be useful if used by families as an extra space. The bathrooms were well appointed but the addition of another shower room ( or 2?) would make life easier for so many people. We didn’t use the swimming pool, although it was still available and warm in mid October but we loved the hot tub after our days out in the Cotswolds. There was plenty of parking and space in the garden to the side of the property but a down side was that the road outside was fairly busy during the rush hours morning and evening, but it was peaceful by bedtime. Our group of 8 old Uni friends had a very enjoyable time in such a spacious, charming, clean cottage and would happily visit again.

An excellent cottage, very attentive and friendly owners, who did everything and more to make our stay a very happy one. There were 10 of us ranging from 23 years of age to 94. The cottage has everything you could wish for. The swimming pool and hot tube were great fun and the garden is lovely and safe, this allowed our dog to enjoy himself as well. The inside of the cottage is well decorated, clean, and well appointed. It could do with another shower, as one is really not enough. There is a bath in another area but as most of my crowd preferred a shower it did create a timing issue. However, nothing that would stop us rebooking! Highly recommended
