A great comfortable cottage, great for those with walking difficulties as all on one level. Lovely country pub next door yet no noise. Lots of lovely extra touches such as cleaning products, tea, coffee and fruit. Great location, within driving distance of many great locations. Beautiful scenery.

Although it was a wet time of year, there is plenty to do around Stirling. The cottage was warm and comfortable and the pub was virtually next door.

Good central location, although on a surprisingly busy road, garden was a bit of a disappointment being very small, if we had been there longer than 3 days we would have been unhappy.

A lovely cottage with lots of character from the outside but less on the inside. We, just 2 of us, travelled the local area in all directions and loved it all. Good points:- The washer dryer. Always appreciated. Furniture was really comfortable and all we needed was there. TV and wi fi good. The shower was excellent and the towel rail kept that area nicely warm. A lovely bowl of fruit and some gorgeous lilies on our arrival. Parking for loading right at the door, otherwise the pub car park was spacious and well lit. Fuel for the fire was there but we didn't use it. The Inn at Muckhart right next door! Not so good:- lack of toilet rolls, beds/mattresses have seen better days. Question about the age of the itinerary? It had been altered and appeared not to apply. We kept the bolt on the front door as people walked in thinking it was the Inn
