Just 1 mile from Westport, this first floor holiday property was formerly a granary and has wonderful views over Clew Bay.

Located 1 mile outside the bustling town of Westport, tucked away beside the river, this beautifully restored granary is tastefully presented and furnished to a very good standard. The living accommodation is found on the first floor and gives way to a balcony to take full advantage of the magnificent views out over Clew Bay and beyond. Westport is one of Ireland’s best known and popular visitor destinations and has many excellent restaurants and pubs serving delicious local fayre. Winner of the National Tidy Town Award, it makes an enjoyable day out for all the family. For those who enjoy walking, Crough Patrick soars 2,510ft and offers panoramic views. Local activities include golfing, fishing and walking. Alternatively, there is a choice of six beautiful sandy beaches to choose from nearby.

Ground floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 double, two (5ft) with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with Velux, 1 twin with en-suite shower room and toilet, wooden floor and Velux. First floor: Living room with beams and French doors. Dining room/kitchen with marble tiled floor. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

    Enjoyed our stay at Granary. House was well appointed and clean. Couple of grips...... Two TV's - only one working. Limited number of programmes as Skye did not work and on wet days (and there were a few), could have done with both TV's working properly when there were five people all wanting different viewing....... Loved the location, near amenities, but peaceful.

    Only negative we found was no WIFI, and no sheets on the cot other than that we were delighted with the accommodation and the location.
