Lovely cosy barn. Very quiet, everything there that you may need. Fantastic open fire. We would definitely return!

Lovely property and fabulous accommodation. Had everything we needed including a travel cot and we received a very thoughtful welcome basket. Owner Jo was great and gave us lots of helpful tips about the area. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property, exactly as details. Made to feel very welcome by Joanna and enjoyed walking around their beautiful gardens and grounds. Our dog loved the walks too.

Reasonable weather and plenty to do. Would not revisit - mostly because a fridge freezer was listed but actually there is only a fridge with a small freezer compartment so had to go to food shops too often. There is no outdoor seating (agreed none was advertised) which would be sad in fine summer weather.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. There are 6 benches in total in the garden as well as chairs. These are put away in the winter due to bad weather. I feel the freezer is of an adequate size for 4 people. I am on hand nearby in case of any questions.

A very well designed conversion, clean ,comfortable and well equipped in a charming location. A disappointment for us was the unexpected total lack of a private outside sitting space, the Granary looked out on a large gavel car turning area. We also had problems with evening heating. On chilly evenings the open wood fire couldn't provide enough heat for the large vaulted sitting room/kitchen when the preset central heating went off at 8.00pm

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. In May, we don’t normally have the heating on, but the heating outside the summer period goes on during the following times: 6.30am - 9.30am, 12.30pm - 1.30pm, and 4pm - 10pm.
