This holiday home is a great place to explore historical Canterbury, take a boat trip on the River Stour, or visit Dover Castle and the war tunnels – both approximately 8 miles. Bring your passport, as Dover also offers the opportunity to take a day trip to France. Retail therapy is provided not only in Canterbury but the McArthur Glenn Discount outlet at Ashford and also DeBradelei Wharf in Dover. Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and Howletts Zoo make for great days out. Beach 8 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 1/3 mile.
