Beautiful cottage, one of the best we've stayed in. It was a clean as a whistle. All furniture and fittings the highest quality. Owners very friendly too. Lovely welcome pack of wine, fruit, milk, juice, plum loaf, loads of stuff. The village is very quiet, no pub or shop, but lots to do near by, historic houses and gardens etc. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay, owners very welcoming and accommodation was very clean and contained everything we wanted. Even a dog proof garden ! No village shop so a drive out is necessary but we would love to return sometime. We enjoyed our stay so many thanks. Linda.

Quite peaceful location, superb cottage, local pub, everything we wanted for a relaxing, de-stressing holiday. Wifi in cottage but limited mobile phone coverage. A cottage we will certainly return to.

Lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed, it was clean and the area was so quiet it's perfect if you want a relaxing break. Owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Welcome pack was very nice indeed! Garden was great for the dog and wonderful walks right on the doorstep. Only downside was there was no shop in the village and although there was a lovely old pub in the next village you could walk to it didn't open lunchtimes when we were there. Would recommend staying here to anyone, it was the best holiday cottage we have stayed in 😊

I consider the Granary to be If not the best cottage we have hiredit is well uo there and is a credit to the work and vision of the owners Guy and Hilary. Their rebuild has been done to a really high standard. They made us very welcome and the welcome pack had all the essentials including wine to start our holiday in style. The eggs were a real bonus. We have marked local amenities down as there were none within walking distance but this did not detract from our enjoyment. The garden was completely dog friendly even our Beagle could not escape and she enjoyed her walks down the lanes. We will most certainly return to the Granary in the future

Exceptional accommodation in a quiet picturesque location. Although ‘local amenities’ weren’t ‘on the doorstep’ there is an exceptional range of shops etc. within a reasonable radius. Good roads links in all directions; fun to explore. Guy and Hilary made us very welcome.

A really lovely weekend in a really lovely cottage. Guy and Hilary have gone to great trouble to turn the old granary into a well-appointed luxury holiday let. And they went the 'extra mile' to make us feel welcome!
